Their small footprint allows for flexible placement within limited space, supporting immediate waste treatment and reducing storage risks.
2.Core Microwave-Steam Synergy: They utilize microwave energy (2.45 GHz) combined with steam injection to achieve rapid and deep sterilization (≥95°C for ≥45 min), effectively inactivating pathogens with a log reduction ≥6 (≥99.9999%). This dual-action technology ensures uniform heating and thorough microbial elimination, meeting strict technical specifications like HJ/T229-2021.
3.Simple, Automated Operation: Featuring a PLC-based control system with a touchscreen interface, the units offer one-touch automatic operation, real-time parameter monitoring, and data printing for compliance tracking. The intuitive design minimizes training requirements and reduces operational complexity for daily use.
1.Closed-Loop & Safe Design: The entire process—from loading to sterilization and unloading—occurs within a fully sealed, 316 stainless steel chamber, preventing operator exposure and containing contaminants. 2.Integrated Emission Control: Equipped with an activated carbon adsorption system for waste gas treatment, the units effectively remove odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to meet emission standards like GB14554-93. Process flow
1.Preparation & Loading: The operator checks the spray water tank level and ensures the unit is ready. Medical waste is placed inside the dedicated sterilization container, which is then manually loaded into the sealed sterilization chamber via the feed door. The door is closed and securely latched.
2.Automatic Cycle Start: The operator selects the "Auto Mode" on the touchscreen PLC control panel and initiates the cycle. The system performs self-checks and begins the automated sequence.
3.Steam Injection & Microwave Sterilization: The program activates the integrated steam/spray system to introduce moisture into the chamber, enhancing microwave absorption. The microwave generator(s) then activate, emitting 2.45 GHz energy. The combined thermal and non-thermal effects of microwaves, aided by steam, rapidly heat the waste to the target temperature (≥95°C). The temperature is maintained for the preset sterilization hold time (≥45 minutes).
4.Exhaust Gas Treatment: During operation, an induced draft fan creates a negative pressure inside the chamber. The generated gases and vapors are continuously extracted and passed through an activated carbon filter unit to adsorb particulates, microorganisms, and odorous VOCs before being discharged.
