The chemical treatment machine is a specialized piece of equipment for the harmless treatment of organic waste, integrating high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, chemical decomposition, degreasing and drying, and volume reduction and crushing. It is primarily used for the compliant disposal of medical waste, dead livestock and poultry, slaughterhouse by-products and other waste containing pathogenic microorganisms. It has three core functions: harmlessness, volume reduction and resource utilization, and is widely used in medical institutions, animal harmless treatment centers, slaughterhouses and other scenarios.

1.Main Chamber: This process employs high temperature and high pressure, with a core temperature of ≥140℃, pressure 

≥0.4MPa (absolute pressure), and time ≥4 hours, including a 30-minute heat and pressure hold. This converts materials (livestock carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, hatchery waste) into meat and bone meal and oil. Harmful gases generated during the process undergo multi-stage treatment to ensure compliant emissions.
2.Auxiliary Systems: These systems are configured around the main chamber and include a steam generation system, feeding/discharging system, degreasing and drying system, crushing and volume reduction system, and wastewater and exhaust gas treatment system. These can be flexibly selected according to user needs.

3.Control System: An independent electrical control cabinet integrates a touchscreen human-machine interface, PLC controller, sensors, and actuators to achieve automated control and data recording of equipment operation.
