This Medical Waste High-Temperature Steam Sterilization System is a complete emergency disposal solution with a design capacity of 3.2 tons per day.
(1) Loading & Sterilization: Waste is loaded into dedicated stainless-steel sterilization carts and automatically transferred into a horizontal cylindrical sterilizer (≥1700mm dia. x ≥4500mm length).
(2) High-Temperature Treatment: The vessel operates at ≥0.22 MPa and ≥135°C for ≥45 minutes, utilizing pre-vacuum and post-vacuum cycles for effective air removal, sterilization, and drying.
(3) Shredding & Disposal: Sterilized waste is automatically conveyed to a dual-shaft shredder (2x18.5KW) for irreversible size reduction, transforming it into ordinary municipal solid waste for final disposal.

Key Features & Technical Compliance

1.Complete Line Configuration: Includes the main sterilizer, automated cart transfer system (rail & shuttle), heavy-duty shredder, auxiliary systems (steam boiler, wastewater treatment, exhaust gas treatment), and PLC control room.
2. Automated & Safe Operation: The central PLC system provides fully automatic control with manual override, featuring real-time process monitoring, safety interlocks on vessel doors, and fault alarms for critical parameters.
3. Comprehensive Auxiliary Systems: Equipped with integrated (exhaust gas treatment with scrubbing, UV, and carbon adsorption) and (wastewater treatment) systems to meet environmental emission standards.
4. High-Quality Construction: Major components like the sterilizer vessel are made from Q345R steel with corrosion protection and ≥50mm insulation. Sterilization carts and contact surfaces use 304 stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.

Process flow

1.Feeding & Loading: Medical waste is loaded into dedicated sterilization carts.
2.Sterilization Cycle: The carts are conveyed into a double-door, cylindrical high-temperature steam sterilization vessel (autoclave). The process begins with a pre-vacuum phase to remove air and break bags, followed by steam injection to raise the temperature to ≥135°C at a pressure of ≥0.22 MPa for a holding time of ≥45 minutes to ensure complete sterilization. A post-vacuum phase then cools and dries the waste.
3.Unloading & Transfer: After sterilization, the autoclave doors open, and the carts are transferred via an automated rail system to the discharge point.
4.Shredding: The sterilized waste is fed into a dual-shaft shredder for complete destruction and volume reduction.
5.Conveying & Collection: The shredded, harmless residue is conveyed via a screw conveyor for final collection and disposal (e.g., landfilling).
